Yes, stone veneer can be used for both interior and exterior projects. Natural and manufactured stone veneer can be used in a wide variety of applications, including home exteriors, fireplaces, chimneys, accent walls, outdoor kitchens and other architectural features. Yes, almost every stone veneer product we carry has a coordinating outside corner available. Corner pieces are designed specifically for outside 90-degree turns, such as the corners of a home, columns, fireplaces and other architectural features. They wrap the corner so the finished installation has the appearance of full-depth stone rather than exposing a cut edge.
Not every stone veneer project requires corner pieces, but when they are needed, the corners are made to coordinate with the color, profile and texture of the matching stone.
-
There is no standard price for stone veneer installation because labor costs are specific to the contractor and the individual project. The type of stone being installed, size and complexity of the project, surface preparation, height and accessibility, corners and other job-site conditions can all affect the cost of installation.
It's completely normal to receive different prices from different contractors for the same project. Each contractor determines what labor, time and crew will be needed to complete the installation properly. Many of the contractors we work with offer free estimates, so we recommend getting an estimate for your specific project and asking questions about what is included before committing to the work.

The minimum amount of stone veneer you need to purchase depends on whether you're buying manufactured or natural stone. Different manufacturers and quarries package their products differently, so there isn't one minimum quantity that applies to every product we carry.
Manufactured stone veneer is sold by the box. Most products come in pre-packaged quantities, although some manufacturers offer both large and small boxes. Smaller boxes typically contain around 8–15 square feet, which allows us to get fairly close to the amount needed for many projects. Manufactured stone corner pieces are also sold by the box, with quantities varying by brand and product.
Natural stone veneer does not need to be purchased by the full pallet at Donnelly Supply. Our natural stone arrives in full pallets, but we break those pallets down so you can purchase what you actually need. Our minimum purchase is 10 square feet of flat stone or 5 linear feet of corner pieces.
Stone accessories—including electrical receptacle boxes, light boxes, hose bib trim and water table sills—can generally be purchased individually, so you don't have to buy an entire box when you only need one or two pieces to finish your project.

No, Donnelly Supply does not install stone veneer. We made the decision to focus on what we do best—supplying stone veneer and helping our customers find the right products for their projects.
We also work with many contractors and masons who purchase their materials from us, and we believe the installation work should stay with the professionals we serve rather than competing with our own customers. This allows us to focus on providing both homeowners and contractors with a great selection of products, knowledgeable service and support throughout the material-selection process.

Yes, Donnelly Supply can provide names of local contractors and masons who are experienced with stone veneer installation. We work with many installers throughout the area, and some specialize in particular types of stone, projects or geographic areas. Tell us a little about your project and where you're located, and we'll help point you toward contractors who may be a good fit.
Many of these contractors have been working with stone veneer for years and are familiar with the products we carry. We always recommend speaking directly with the contractor, asking questions and getting an estimate before deciding who is right for your project. Give us a call or stop in and we'll be happy to provide a few names.

Yes! Donnelly Supply has a large showroom with samples of natural and manufactured stone veneer in a wide variety of colors, styles and profiles. While we can't fit every product we carry on display, we keep additional samples on-site and can usually pull a specific stone for you if there's something you'd like to see.
For many of our manufactured stone veneer products, we can also lend you a sample to take home. This gives you the chance to see the stone alongside your siding, brick, paint and other materials—and, just as importantly, see how the color looks in your home's actual lighting before making your final decision.

If the stone veneer you choose is in stock, you may be able to get it right away. For products we need to order, many arrive within 7–10 days, although lead times vary depending on the manufacturer, product availability and where the stone is coming from. Most special orders arrive within three weeks, but some products may take up to six weeks or longer depending on availability.
We do our best to keep a large variety of stone veneer colors, styles and profiles in stock. Between our two warehouses, we have tens of thousands of pieces of stone veneer on hand, but with the number of products and brands we offer, it's impossible to stock everything.
For special orders, we regularly bring in stone from suppliers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio, North Carolina and Indiana. How quickly we can get a particular product depends on availability, distance and our pickup schedule.
If you already know which stone you're considering, give us a call and we can check current availability and give you a better idea of the lead time for that specific product.

Yes, Donnelly Supply offers delivery throughout New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and parts of Maryland, with some deliveries available beyond those areas. Delivery availability and pricing depend on the location, so please check with us before placing your order if you're unsure whether we can deliver to your jobsite.
Local delivery within approximately 20 miles of Donnelly Supply starts at $75, whether we're delivering one box of stone or a full truckload. Deliveries beyond our local area are priced based on distance and location. We're always happy to confirm the delivery fee before you place your order so you know exactly what to expect.
Our delivery truck is equipped with a piggyback forklift, which allows us to place pallets of stone and other materials on the jobsite when conditions allow. The forklift can travel across driveways, lawns and into some backyards, but we need approximately 9 feet of clearance to pass through gates, fences or other openings.
Final material placement is always at the driver's discretion based on access, ground conditions and safety. If you ask us to take the forklift beyond the curb line, Donnelly Supply is not responsible for damage to lawns, driveways, sprinkler systems or other surfaces or underground systems. Please let us know about sprinklers, septic systems or other potential concerns before delivery so we can determine the safest place to put your material.

No, Donnelly Supply does not currently offer discounts. We work hard to keep our everyday pricing as competitive and consistent as possible for all of our customers rather than building discounts into higher prices.
The same philosophy applies to our delivery rates—we try to keep our costs as reasonable as possible from the start. If you're working within a particular budget, we're always happy to help you compare stone veneer options at different price points and find a product that works for both your project and your budget.
-
No. Donnelly Supply does not accept returns or exchanges once material has left our yard, including unused stone veneer. This policy helps us make sure every customer receives the correct, complete color blend and product they purchased.
Stone veneer naturally contains variation in color and texture, and in the past, returned material has sometimes been used or sorted through, leaving behind an incomplete or altered blend. Once that happens, we can't confidently resell the material to another customer as the product it was intended to be.
For that reason, we have a consistent no-return policy for everyone. We encourage customers to carefully confirm their product, color and quantities before taking or accepting delivery of their order.
